Apartments and rooms

Aviotel offers three different renting formulas:

APARTMENT formula

APARTMENT formula

The formula comprises only the apartment with standard equipments, apart from sheets (that can be hired at our Reception). Air conditioned and/or heating consumption is charged according to its usage (time of consumption is measured with a counter). As per consumption, a mandatory weekly refund is charged to each and every single one person.

Check-ins start from 6 p.m. Check-outs have to be completed by 9 a.m.

At checking in, a security deposit will be requested to customers and it will be returned when they check out, after making sure that the apartments are in the same conditions as they were before the customers’ staying.

RESIDENCE Formula

RESIDENCE Formula

This formula adds to the standard equipments of the apartment a weekly cleaning service and a weekly change of bed sheets and towels. Air conditioned consumption is charged according to its usage, which is measured with a counter.

Check-ins start from 4 p.m. Check-outs have to be completed by 10 a.m.

At checking in, a security deposit will be requested to customers and it will be returned when they check out, after making sure that the apartments are in the same conditions as they were before the customers’ staying.

HOTEL Formula

HOTEL Formula

This formula adds to the standard equipments of the apartment a daily cleaning service and a daily change of bed sheets and towels, together with an extra set of them. Air conditioning and/or heating system are included in the final cost.

Check-ins start from 2 p.m. Check-outs have to be completed by 11 a.m.

This formula does not request guests to leave a security deposit at checking in and does not charge the apartment cleaning at checking out.

Aviotel offers different typologies of apartments:

  • standard single-room apartments (up to 3 beds + an extra bed)
  • extra single-room apartments (up to 3 beds + an extra bed)
  • standard double-room apartments (up to 4 beds)
  • extra double-room apartments (up to 4 beds)
  • large double-room apartments (up to 4 beds + 2 extra beds)
  • superior double-room apartments (up to 4 beds + 2 extra beds)

Apart from the already mentioned formulas typologies, the following benefits are not included in the cost: telephone, additional cleaning services and sheets and towels change, DVD-player, tennis court and the possibility to rent also tennis rackets and balls, transport to and from the port, bicycles (free for tourists without a car and in low season) and/or other extra benefits.

As per final cleanings, they are charged with the apartment and residence formula, as long as the apartment is clean when guests leave.

The following benefits are at disposal of families with babies and young children: cots equipped with a mosquito net, top changers, baby bath supports, baby’s bottle warmer, highchairs, table highchairs, night lights, house phones, plastic cutlery and plates, baby neutral toiletries and a baby sitter on reservation.
