APARTMENT formula<\/h5>
The formula comprises only the apartment with standard equipments, apart from sheets (that can be hired at our Reception). Air conditioning over 4 hours per day is charged on an hourly basis.\nCheck-ins start from 4 p.m. Check-outs have to be completed by 9 a.m.\nAt checking in, a security deposit will be requested to customers and it will be returned when they check out, after making sure that the apartments are in the same conditions as they were before the customers\u2019 staying.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content”][vc_column]
Formula RESIDENCE<\/h5>
This formula adds to the standard equipments of the apartment a weekly cleaning service and a weekly change of bed sheets and towels. Air conditioning over 4 hours per day is charged on an hourly basis.\nCheck-ins start from 2 p.m. Check-outs have to be completed by 10 a.m.\nAt checking in, a security deposit will be requested to customers and it will be returned when they check out, after making sure that the apartments are in the same conditions as they were before the customers\u2019 staying.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content” disable_element=”yes”][vc_column]
Formula HOTEL<\/h5>
L’affitto comprende, in aggiunta all’uso dell’appartamento con dotazioni standard, le pulizie e il cambio biancheria giornaliero (camera e bagno) e il set di cortesia. L’aria condizionata e\/o il riscaldamento sono compresi nel prezzo. L’orario di consegna degli appartamenti \u00e8 dalle ore 14.00 mentre la riconsegna \u00e8 da effettuarsi entro le ore 11.00.\nAll’atto dell’ingresso non \u00e8 richiesto il versamento del deposito cauzionale e non viene addebitata la pulizia finale dell’appartamento.\n \n \n \n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=”wrapper-inner”]Aviotel offers different typologies of apartments:<\/p>\n

  • superior single-room apartments recently refurbished (up to 3 beds);<\/li>\n
  • superior single-room XL apartments with separate bedroom without window (up to 4 beds);<\/li>\n
  • extra double-room apartments (up to 4 beds);<\/li>\n
  • large double-room apartments (up to 4 beds + 2 extra beds).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In addition to the items described above based on the type of formula chosen, any additional cleaning and linen changes during the stay and \/ or other extras are excluded from the price.<\/p>\n

    Final cleaning in the apartment formula is optional: if the apartment is left clean, in fact, nothing is charged.<\/p>\n
