Apartments and rooms
Apartments:
The apartments are studios for 2-3 people and two-room flats for 2-6 people. In the bedrooms there are single or queen-size beds.
The apartments are furnished with a kitchenette, complete with pots and tableware, bathroom with shower and bathtub* (*available in selected flats only), telephone, TVsat, air conditioning, heating, private garden and two deckchairs and a beach umbrella.
Rooms:
The hotel`s rooms are all equipped with frigobar, TV, air conditioning, heating and private safe.
Aviotel offers various types of apartments:
- a standard studio flats (sleeps max. 3 people)
- "extra" atudio flats ( sleeps max. 3 people, totally remodelled, equipped with hairdryer, safe, microwave oven and family-size fridge in the kitchenette with freezer.
- "standard" two room apartment (sleeps max. 4 people)
- " extra" two room apartment (sleeps max. 4 people, 5 people with added bed, totally remodelled, with hairdryer, safe, microwave oven and family-size fridge in the kitchenette with freezer.
- "large" two room apartment ( sleeps max 5 people, 6 people with added bed, totally remodelled, with hairdryer, safe, microwave oven and family-size fridge in the kitchenette with freezer.
Some of these apartments are on the swimming pool side so an additional daily charge applies, others are on the garden side.
Services not included in the price: consumption charge, telephone, air conditioning (included in "formula hotel"), additional cleaning and linen during the stay (included in "formula hotel"), video and DVD players, tennis court and equipment (included in "formula hotel"), transfers from/to harbour, beach, or other locations, wifi connection in the common areas (included in "formula hotel"), bikes renting ((included for guests without car),.
Guests pay one security deposit upon arrival which is refunded at the end of the stay if the apartment has been kept in perfect condition, left completely clean and is handed back in the same condition as when the client entered. Where the apartment has not been cleaned correctly an amount of 55,00 Euros will be withheld, and if this includes the corner kitchen the amount will rise to 75,00 Euros (in "formula hotel" final cleaning are included in teh price and the caution is not expected).
A Family Hotel
Since 2003, Aviotel has been part of ITALYFAMILYHOTELS, a nationwide group of some 10 hotels which specialize in services for families and children. Aviotel provides specific services; a separate low level area reserved only for children in the swimming pool, a miniclub in the afternoon and evening, babysitting services, large green open spaces with children’s playground, restaurant – pizzeria with special selections for children (evening meal free for children under 2 years old), video and DVD players with cassettes, children’s bicycles and bicycles with carrier seats, access to paediatrician, extras available in the apartments: baby beds with side rails and mosquito nets, baby phone alarm, a complimentary set of ph neutral products, nightlight, bottle warmer, high chair, changing table, children’s toilet seat, children’s plates and cutlery.
A Bike Hotel
The hotel group MTB-Europroject is an international brand name gathering together hotels which specialize in mountain bike holidays and tourism, and Aviotel has been part of this group since 1999. Since 2007 it has been included in the hotel group italybikehotels, specializing in tourist cycling holidays. The hotel’s central position makes it an ideal starting point for all the most picturesque routes and footpaths, especially Mount Capanne ( a real gymnasium for mountain bikers) and has easy access to the labyrinth of footpaths which wind around the centre of the island.
