Formula Hotel
The “formula hotel” option is a three star service for lovers of comfort and it is available both in the residence and in the apartments.
All apartments are prepared for arrival and supplied with a stocked bar fridge; our staff cleans the apartment (kitchen area excluded) and changes linen daily.
Air conditioning is included in the price.
The hand over of the apartment takes place at 15,00 (instead of 18,00) and the departure time is at 11,00 (instead of 09,00).
No security deposit is required.
Choose between “bed and breakfast”, “half board” and “full board options”. These options are available both in “formula residence” and “formula hotel”.
Guests in Condominio Dunelba can make use of the bar and restaurant in the Residence Aviotel (at a distance of 1,5 km) as these are not available on site.
There will be additional charge of 13,00 Euro per day for adults and 6,50 Euro per day for children (over 2 years old) for the “formula hotel” services.
