Information for the stay
Here after the list of services at AVIOTEL guests’ disposal.
Rules for the apartments are:
- FORMULA APARTMENT: the apartments are delivered on the arrival day from 6:00 p.m. On departure day the apartments must be left by 9:00 a.m. otherwise the guests will be charged an additional fee on their final bill as per the standard price list.
- FORMULA RESIDENCE: the apartments are delivered on the arrival day from 4:00 p.m.On departure day the apartments must be left by 10:00 a.m. otherwise the guests will be charged an additional fee on their final bill as per the final price list.
- FORMULA HOTEL: the apartments are delivered on the arrival day from 2:00 p.m. On departure day the apartments must be left by 11:00 a.m. otherwise the guests will be charged an additional fee on their final bill as per the final price list.
Settling your account or making adjustments should be made during regular business hours at reception. Those who need an invoice for tax purposes are asked to make a request at the beginning of the stay. Cheques are not accepted.
In case of damages of furnishings and or objects for “formula apartment” or “formula residence” stay, the cost will be withheld from the guests' guarantee deposit. For “formula hotel” the amount will be possibly charged on the guest’s credit card. In case of early departure, before the reception opening time, the check will be made later and the deposit will be refunded by Bank Transfer.
The cost of possible final cleaning will be communicated upon departure: the management reserves the right of a final inspection (for “formula apartment” and “formula residence stay).
The air conditioning and/or heating consumed during the guests' stay will be charged (for stays “Formula apartment” or “Formula residence”) at the end on the final bill. The charge will be calculated based on the hours used displayed on the counter present in the apartment. Air conditioning is included in the price for those guests who reserved "Formula Hotel" stay.
For a serene stay it is requested that guests avoid any excess noise and moderate the volume of radios, TVs, etc. in particular from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The management reserves the right to take any initiative necessary to guarantee that these rules and hours are respected.
In limited hours and in some periods of the seasons, the staff offers activities to children from 5 to 14. The staff are able to use their discretion about age limits to accept children older or younger.
Those who wish to rent bikes are kindly requested to ask the staff during regular business hours at reception.
The use of the tennis court and tennis equipment can be booked at reception. Correct shoes must be worn at all times on the court. The cost will be charged to your final bill.
The use of the barbeque can be booked at reception and the cost is included in the price. Guests are requested to through the garbage away and to clean the bbq area. In case the area is not left in good conditions, an extra cost will be charged to your final bill.
The parking is reserved to Aviotel's guests and is unattended. It is advisable not to leave valuables inside the car.
The use of the swimming pool is permitted to the guests of the Residence and their registered visitors only. Guardians for children under the age of 18 is mandatory. There is no lifeguard on duty at the swimming pool. The management is not responsible for any liabilities. Use of the pool at night time is strictly forbidden. It is the sole responsibility of individuals to use the pool in a safe manner and not risk injury to oneself or others.
Animals are forbidden to enter the swimming pool area. The guests are asked to take a shower and wash their feet before entering the swimming pool.
Chairs, sun chairs, sun umbrellas cannot be brought on the white part of the poolside. Running in this area is prohibited; the management is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused thereof.
The timetable of the daily shuttle service to and from the beach is displayed at the reception, however it is always a good idea to ask at reception so that the service can be arranged satisfactorily.
